Welcome,

We are happy to announce our 3rd annual Men's Wilderness Therapy and Yoga Retreat hosted again at Lynx Run Retreat. We had a blast last year and wanted to offer an even more unique and powerful experience that can help men to reconnect with their inner selves, other men, and the natural world.

  • Being a modern man can be a lot, this retreat centers around individual and group-based "parts" work, nature-based therapy, rituals, breath-work, and yoga sessions (any level welcome), all utilized to cultivate a deeper relationship to yourself.
  • The retreat provides a safe and supportive environment that encourages men to drop in as they explore their feelings, relational themes, and thoughts without judgment while being supported and restored by the land.
  • All of this is offered on 40-acres of private forested land in which one can unwind, disconnect from their busy lives, and find greater connection to their core self and inner-peace.
  • With a mix of secluded camping and private rooms for lodging, and delicious home-style meals, this retreat allows men to choose their comfort level and needs for the weekend.
