Designed for men who may be curious about what men’s work is Ike and how it could help their life. A light approach to some deeper topics within Mens mental health and to leave with a sense of direction and opportunities to continue with a community of support. Helpful for men who maybe have considered or tried therapy but would like to start to go a little deeper, learn more, and connect with other men.
