Mike is the owner and primary therapist at Metro-Detroit Men's Therapy and has worked exclusively with men for the last five years and has been in the mental health space for the a over ten. Over this time, he saw a need for a place for men to engage in deeper work and noticed there wasn't a lot offered locally. Believing that men can do great work together and heal, Mike has made it his mission to design and bring to life individual therapy, groups, and retreats that are tailored to the needs of men. Outside of work, Mark is a husband and dad who enjoys practicing martial arts, hitting the trails, training for Spartan races, and having good conversations over coffee. He’s all about building real connections and helping men step into who they’re meant to be.
