A GUIDED INTRODUCTION TO COURAGEOUS PARENTING
Step into a new way of fatherhood one led from your core self. Learn how to show up as compassionate, wise, and steady instead of reactive. Through guided teachings, you’ll discover how to bring vision, creativity, and emotional openness into your parenting while building deeper attachment, trust, and healthy boundaries with your children.

HANDS-ON PRACTICES & REAL CONNECTIONS
This isn’t just theory. it’s practice. You’ll explore your own attachment story, uncover the “parts” that show up under stress, and clarify your family vision. With interactive breakout sessions, small groups, and nervous system work, you’ll leave not just with insight but with lived experiences of balance, clarity, and connection in fatherhood.

A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY & LASTING TAKEAWAYS
You don’t have to parent alone. In this workshop, you’ll join a circle of dads who value growth, honesty, and support. Together, you’ll share hard conversations, exchange wisdom, and practice showing up in real time. You’ll leave with practical tools for everyday parenting and the confidence that you’ve got a community walking this journey with you.

TRANSFORMATIONS FROM MEN LIKE YOU
Nick M.
"I attended Mike’s 2023 fall cohort men’s group the past 2 months, and I am beyond grateful for all of it. This was my first ever men’s group experience, and I can’t wait for the next one! Mike is an incredibly supportive guy who truly wants what is best for us men moving through this crazy world. I had a wonderful experience throughout group and had the opportunity to work through parts of myself, and now have some tools to continue using! Thank you Mike, and thanks to all the men who attended!"
Evan K.
"Our group container was a perfect space to decompress, gain valuable perspectives on the male experience, reach some meaningful personal insights and learn an array of emotional management/ communication skills. This space and these types of connections would benefit every man, not just those seeking therapy for acute reasons."
